Flavors of Asia I

Asian cuisine is a term sometimes used in the West as an umbrella term for the various cuisines of South Asia, East Asia and Southeast Asia and for fusion dishes based on combining them. In the United States, the term Asian Cuisine usually refers to cuisine from the countries of east Asia, particularly Chinese, Japanese, and Thai. Whatever definition you use…we know what we like. Here are our offerings for this class….

Asian Style Duck Pot Sticker Shooters with Hoisin Ribbon
Succulent Sesame infused Duck Breast Wok fried with sesame seeds and fresh vegetables, wrapped in wonton skins and served as a shooter on Asian Soup Spoons with a rich demi glace and a ribbon of Hoisin Sauce

Thai Style Chicken, Cellophane Noodles and Straw Mushroom Soup & Pungent Thai Sauce
Tender marinated chicken, clear cellophane noodles, colorful fresh veggies and young straw mushrooms in a flavorful broth. Add the Pungent Thai Sauce for the heat you love.

Shrimp Satay with Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce
Tender marinated Shrimp skewered and grilled to perfection. Complimented with a spicy peanut sauce laced with red chili paste and lime. A Classic.

Korean Barbecued Beef Tenderloin Lettuce Wraps
The best of beef, marinated and thinly sliced, served with rice and a crisp lettuce wrap and soy dipping sauce plenty of ginger, garlic and sesame

All Classes start at 6:15 pm Sharp and end around 8:30 pm

IMPORTANT! Ticket Sales are final and non-refundable like any event ticket.
However they are transferable, so you may sell or give them to a friend if you can't attend class.
