No Processed American Cheese here!
Finding the right mix of cheeses by taste, texture and color can be daunting. We
take the mystery out of selecting just the right cheeses and what to serve them
on and the appropriate garnishes.

Ticket Sales are final and non-refundable like any event ticket.
However they
are transferable,
so you may sell or give them to a friend if you can't attend class.
