Chipotle Chicken, Pine Nut and Roma Tomato Quesadillas with Tomatillo Salsa
Tender chipotle marinated chicken breast meat with two cheese, toasted pine nuts and Roma tomatoes in flour tortillas. Griddle fried and topped with a zesty salsa of avocados and tomatillo sauce.

Jumbo Shrimp with Gazpacho Cream Sauce, Spanish Rice
Big Mexican shrimp sautéed in butter and garlic, topped with a rich creamy sauce thick with Gazpacho Fresca. Served with a perfect Spanish Rice.
