Green Queso Fundido  with Homemade Flour Tortillas
A delightful Cheese Dip with Chorizo, made green with fresh spinach. Oh…and a hint of tequila. We’ll make homemade flour tortillas and a nice Salsa Fresca to compliment the Fundido.

Avocado and Red Onion Salad
This simple salad can be made in minutes and is light and refreshing. The Lime Pepper Vinaigrette is made with healthy Avocado Oil!

Baja Style Shrimp Tacos
Chef David is kinda famous for his Baja Style Shrimp Tacos. He’ll make them from start to finish. White Corn tortillas topped with seasoned beer batter fried shrimp topped with shredded cabbage, cheese, fresh squeezed lime, Tomatillo Avocado Salsa, Pickled Red Onions, and Mexican Crema.

Frozen Strawberry Margarita Pie
Strawberries, Grand Marnier and a splash of tequila make this dessert amazing. It all sits on a Pretzel Crust you won’t believe!
