The object
of this class is to show how to prepare quick and easy dishes with quality foods
and prepared sauces or products in a short period of time with minimal clean up.
Your host Steven Kennedy will show how even a timid shop keeper can produce
tasty “Over the Top” preparations.

Roasted Apple Chicken Salad
Our quick and easy Roasted Chicken Salad makes a great lunch or a safe picnic
favorite. Served in
fresh Pita Bread for a classic presentation.

Fresh Grilled Mahi-Mahi with Mango Lime Salsa
We'll grill our Mahi-Mahi with a special spice blend of Lime and Pepper and
serve it with
a quick Couscous and a tasty Mango Lime Salsa.

Sweet Thai Style Chili Shrimp Stir Fry
We use inexpensive medium sized shrimp and fresh veggies in a quick stir fry
that offers
a sweet heat that will please everyone at your table.

A classic dish in the Argentine society can easily be prepared right in your own
home.

All Classes start at 6:15 pm Sharp
and end around 8:30 pm
IMPORTANT!
Ticket Sales are final and non-refundable like any event ticket.

are transferable,
