Quick, Easy and Inexpensive II
The object
of this class is to show how to prepare quick and easy dishes with quality foods
and prepared sauces or products in a short period of time with minimal clean up.
Your host Steven Kennedy will show how even a timid shop keeper can produce
tasty “Over the Top” preparations.

Raspberry Wasabi Baked Chicken Breast.
Boneless Chicken breast marinated in Raspberry Wasabi Mustard is lightly breaded
and baked until just done. Served with Stir Fried Snap Peas.

Pan Seared Sea Scallops with Spicy Mandarin Orange Sauce
Giant Dry Boat Sea Scallops pan seared to tender perfection, glazed with a spicy
mandarin orange sauce. Served with glazed spaghetti Squash

All Classes start at 6:15 pm Sharp
and end around 8:30 pm

Ticket Sales are final and non-refundable like any event ticket.

are transferable,
