Spanish Tapas III
A Tapa is a small portion of food that is served in Tapas Bars
in Spain. These tasty treats contain local ingredients such as seafood, fish,
olives, tomatoes, artichokes, peppers, breads, mushrooms, squid, salty meats,

onion are simmered in Spanish sherry and seasoned with fresh thyme.

Deep Fried fresh avocado coated in Panko bread crumbs served with a Sweet Red
Onion Jam.
