Quick and Easy with Steve I
The object
of this class is to show how to prepare quick and easy dishes with quality foods
and prepared sauces or products in a short period of time with minimal clean up.
Your host Steven Kennedy will show how even a timid shop keeper can produce
tasty “Over the Top” preparations.
Caprese Style
Salad with Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil chiffonade, drizzled with aged
balsamic vinegar.

Grilled River Ranch New York Strip Steak with Blackberry Chipotle Grilling
Sauce
Tender all natural River Ranch Beef grilled to perfection with a sweet and spicy
grilling sauce with hints of rosemary.

Pork Tenderloin with a Pomegranate and Port Wine Reduction Sauce
Whole pork tenderloin pan seared to perfection. The sauce is made by deglazing
the pan with the Pomegranate and Port Wine Reduction Sauce.

Lemon Cream in a Dark Belgian Chocolate Shell with a homemade Raspberry
Coulis
Zesty lemon curd blended with whipped cream fills a beautiful and tasty
chocolate shell. Drizzled with a fresh raspberry coulis.

All Classes start at 6:15 pm Sharp
and end around 8:30 pm
IMPORTANT!
Ticket Sales are final and non-refundable like any event ticket.
However they
are transferable,
so you may sell or give them to a friend if you can't attend class.
