New Cooking Classes
The cooking class schedule for December, 2010 has been

There are two Holiday Appetizer classes to choose from
and a class on how to throw a successful Cocktail Party
"Think New Year's Eve" Several dates are still available to be booked for
a Private Cooking Party!!!

The Specialty Meat and Cheese
Cases is Stocked for Your Holiday Party
We have an exceptional selection of imported Olives, Alexian
Pates and over 30 specialty cheeses from around the world in our cheese case!!!
NEW!!! We now carry smoked Rainbow Trout
from the pristine waters that originate high in the Teton Mountain range near
Yellowstone National Park. These boneless fillets are lightly brined in kosher
salt and unrefined cane sugar and then gently smoked with natural applewood to
produce a tender and moist product. We are carrying three flavors, Original,
Cracked Pepper and Cajun. They come one to a package and are priced to sell. Try
the Cracked Pepper flavor on a Caesar Salad, or the Original on a baked potato
with sour cream and chives. My favorite is the Cajun flavored trout with Eggs
Benedict!
These smoked trout are an excellent source of Omega-3
and we all need some of that!
We have a great new selection of gourmet sausages and salame from
Continental Sausage in Denver, Columbus Salame from San Francisco
and Oldani Brothers from St. Louis.

Sundays, December 12th and December 19th!! 3:00 - 6:00 pm.
Chef Clyde Nelson from the famed Home Ranch in Clark and his Chef de Cuisine,
Craig Singer are featured in two recently published

Homesteader Private Party Cooking Classes are still a Hit!
Did you know that you and your friends can book a Cooking Class just for
yourselves? That's right! You and up to 14 of your friends can come in and have your
own cooking class party for whatever reason. An anniversary, birthday party,
bridal shower, Bachelorette party, a dinner party or just a night out for any reason. Oh Yeah!
When you book a private party, you can bring along your favorite wine or
beverage, something you can not do in our regular classes. Give us a call and we
can pick a menu that is right for you and your friends.
